Centar B allows the use of services and content websites www.centarb.net which are regulated by these Terms of Use.Terms of use prescribe the terms and conditions for users and refer to the use of the website www.centarb.net. By using the website, users express their agreement with the General Terms and Conditions of Use and agree to the use of this website www.centarb.net in accordance with them.
Access to the website www.centarb.net can sometimes be unavailable due to construction, maintenance or implementation of new content, and in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Centar B which we will try to remove as soon as possible.All materials contained on www.centarb.net web site are the exclusive intellectual property of Centar B and may be used only with the explicit permission of copyright holders and holders of rights to trademarks and / or design.User can send his/her inquiries and comments in written form, by post or e-mail, and Centar B will send a written response by post or e-mail within the legal deadline.
For the purposes of these conditions of sale, the buyer is a natural or legal person who orders at least one product, fills in the required information and pays the ordered product through the website www.centarb.net.If the entered data on the customer is about a legal entity, then the customer is considered a legal person, and a natural person whose data is entered is considered to be an authorized representative of the customer.


3. PERSONAL DATA AND OPERATIONAL CAPACITY
For a valid product order, a person who fills the order must be older than 18 years (Business capacity). Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the entered information upon registration.Centar B holds the right to modify these conditions of sale, and also may change it without previous notice, but is required to inform all registered users via e-mail addresses that the users entered during registration. All possible changes will apply to the use of www.centarb.net page.
Centar B commits to emphasize the amount of the retail price clearly, visibly and legibly in accordance with Article 7 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14).Centar B will periodically, in accordance with its decision, put certain products on promotional sale at a lower price than the regular one. Also, Centar B is obliged to specify the duration of the sales action clearly, visibly and legibly. After the end of action sale, Centar B will not receive orders related to the promotional sale that has expired.
Information products on www.centarb.net are made pursuant Center B database.Product images are illustrative and don' t have to always and in all details correspond to the ordered products. Centar B emphasizes that the visual identity of the product shown in the photograph may not correspond to the product in real life, especially due to the buyer's monitor settings on the computer, the differences in the customer's perception of color on the screen, etc.In the case of the above discrepancy between the product shown in the photo and the delivered product, it's not a matter of a product's defect. The subject of the order may only be the products which are in the order indicated as available in stock and products that are not available in stock, but can be supplied within 7 working days, not including Saturday.Due to the large number of orders that are simultaneously submitted to www.centarb.net, it is possible that information on the availability of the product is not identical with the situation in the Centre B warehouse.If the ordered product is not available in stock, Centar B will notify the customer that the product is not currently available, the period for which the product is available and also offer the option to purchase alternative products from www.centarb.net which are available for delivery, and which are by its characteristics the closest to the products that cannot be purchased.
Products are ordered by selection, by using the menu and filling out the online form. The buyer can buy a product both as a registered or unregistered user. The product is considered to be ordered after the customer passes the entire order process. At the time the order was received, Centar B will inform the customer via e-mail that the order has been successfully received and that the product was successfully ordered.If the buyer does not receive notification from the previous paragraph, it is suggested to check:

After the expiration of 3 working days, Centar B does not guarantee the availability of the product.
By selecting each product you can see the details - name of the product, a brief description, price, quantity, and whether it is available in stock. By choosing a particular product, it is included in the menu "Shopping Cart".Prices highlighted next to each product are valid for all forms of payment and include VAT. By accessing the "Shopping Cart" the customer gets access to selected products, their quantity and price. The product included in the "Shopping Cart" is bought by clicking the button "At the cash register."After pressing "At the cash register," the customer gets access to the order form and is required to enter personal data. If customer’s personal data is different from personal data of the recipient, the customer is obliged to accurately indicate the data recipient.The postage will be indicated next to each product. Postage price is not included in the product price.
After receiving the order data, there will be a notice on the screen that the order has been received. The buyer will then get a separate notice electronically to the designated e-mail address about the order receipt.If the chosen payment is e-banking or payment slip, and www.centarb.net hasn’t got the product due to lack of goods in stock, the customer will then be notified within a reasonable period, and Centar B will refund the paid funds. In the case of the above payment, the buyer is responsible and bears the risk for the accuracy and authenticity of submitted data since www.centarb.net will refund the money in accordance with the submitted data.
All prices are in the national currency, Croatian kuna (HRK), including VAT.In the case of payment via e-banking and payment slip, payment of costs and / or interbank transactions are not included in the price.

The products can be ordered for delivery on Croatian territory, under the conditions applicable to every area of delivery. Delivery on the Croatian territory is done through the delivery service selected by Centar B.The cost of packaging products is included in the cost of delivery.The product price does not include delivery, unless it is otherwise indicated (indication "free delivery").Centar B undertakes to deliver the ordered product within 15 days of signing the contract. Delivery is carried out in accordance with the conditions of use of delivery service, and is considered completed at the time of product delivery to the delivery service.
If the product sent to the customer or the recipient returns to Centar B because the delivery service has failed to deliver the product, the customer will be informed via e-mail and he will be offered the following options:That the ordered product, at the request of the customer by e-mail, is re-delivered to the address of the buyer or the recipient,To take the ordered product at Centar B with prior telephone agreement about the term of takeover.If the buyer does not respond to an e-mail and chooses one of the options, the selected product will be sent to the address of the buyer.When Centar B delivers the product to the purchaser or recipient, the customer or recipient is required to sign the receipt, which confirms that the product is properly delivered.If the customer refuses to accept ordered goods, Centar B is entitled to withhold the amount of shipping and other handling delivery costs according to the delivery price list, from the paid purchase amount.
Centre B is responsible for product material defects sold on its website in accordance with the Croatian legislation, especially the Law on Obligations. Ordered products are packaged in a way so that they do not get damaged during ordinary transport / delivery.
If the item is damaged in transit, we suggest that the buyer does not accept the product. We kindly ask the customers to contact us as soon as possible in order to check the status of the package and send a new one.In the case of apparent lack of products at shipment, the buyer is not required to take the product, he/ she can refuse to receive it, and does not bear the costs of delivery of such products. It is assumed that the products that were duly received by the customer did not have a visible defect.
On receiving the goods, checking the validity of the order depends on the buyer. The buyer is obliged to compare the received items with the receipt. If something is missing, the buyer is required to give written notice to Centar B within eight days, because late claims will not be considered.By refusing the receipt, delivery service will return the shipment to Centar B, noting that the package contains a disadvantage.If the product has a hidden defect (the defect that could not be detected by the usual scrutiny when receiving items) that the customer identified after opening the product - the customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract and get money refund, exchange of products, eliminating the defect or reduction in price.
If for any reason, the customer is unsatisfied, he can write a complaint to Centar B, by e-mail: info@estetskicentarb.hr or by written form to the following address: Estetski Centar B d.o.o., Venuccieve stube 3, 51000 Rijeka.The buyer is entitled to a legitimate complaint and the return of goods in the following cases:Delivery of goods that are not orderedDelivery of goods that expiredDelivery of goods with damages that weren’t caused in transport.In the case of a request for the return of goods for justified reasons, the customer shall give written notice to Estetski centar B by e-mail: info@estetskicentarb.hr, phone 051 642 052 or in a written form to the following address: Estetski centar B d.o.o., Venuccieve stube 3, 51000 Rijeka.
For the purpose of early identification of a specific order to which the customer has a complaint, the customers are asked to specify the order number, account number or user name. Centar B will confirm the receipt of the complaint without delay, and the response by Ar.10.pr.5. of Consumer Protection Act must be received within fifteen (15) days from the date of complaint receipt.In the case of justified complaint, the customer has the right to terminate the contract with a refund or exchange for the correct, undamaged product.Centar B will accept the return of damaged or incorrectly delivered goods at his own expense, if it is determined that the complaint is justified and that the buyer did not affect the validity, damage or any defect of the product.In the case of justified complaints, the cost of replacing the product with a new product is entirely borne by Centar B.

13. RIGHT TO UNILATERALLY TERMINATE THE CONTRACT
The customer may unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving any reasons.The buyer has no right to unilaterally terminate the contract:-If the subject of the contract are sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons, if it was unsealed after delivery,- If the subject of the contract are items which have been inseparably mixed with other things due to its nature - If the subject of the contract are perishable goods whose expiration date is nearIn order for the buyer to exercise the right of unilateral termination of the contract, the buyer must notify its decision before the deadline and by unambiguous statement sent by post, fax or e-mail, with the data: customer’s name, address, phone number, fax or e-mail address.The deadline for unilateral termination of the contract is 14 days and begins to run from the date when commodity that is the subject of the contract has been handed over possession to a customer or a third party specified by the customer, which is not a carrier.
If the buyer terminates the contract unilaterally, Centar B is required to return the money he had received, including the costs of delivery, without delay, and no later than 14 days from the date the Centar B goods are returned or after the submission of the evidence that the goods have been sent back.Refunds will be made in the same way in which the payment was made. In the buyer agrees to refund the amount paid otherwise, he bears no cost to the refund.The buyer is obliged to delivered or send the items (to the specified address) without delay, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date when the customer sent its decision on the unilateral termination of the contract.
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer himself.The buyer is liable for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of goods, apart from the one necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.The form for the exchange or return of goods can be downloaded here, you can send it by e-mail or fax.
